Since our founding over 50 years ago, our company has steadily grown into a diversified enterprise centered on core operations such as container inland transport, coastal shipping, and heavy cargo logistics and lifting services. Along the way, we have actively expanded into new areas—including renewable energy, wine import and distribution, warehousing, real estate leasing, and overseas ventures—paving the way for a well-balanced and sustainable business model.

A pivotal moment in our journey came in 1996 when we launched our initial public offering. This milestone not only marked a major step forward in our corporate development but also taught us the importance of transparency and accountability to investors and the broader public. Since then, we have continued to enhance our governance practices and consistently delivered solid operational results.
